Privacy without the fine print.
This notice explains photo processing in EmojiMe AI for everyone using the photo-to-3D studio.
What this app does with your photo
Before you create
Selecting a gallery or camera photo creates a temporary local preview. The app keeps the photo in this page’s memory; selection alone does not upload it. Your browser or operating system may separately keep a camera capture.
When you press Create
Your selected photo and editing instructions are sent to the platform’s built-in AI image-editing service. That service processes the actual image to create a new avatar. No secret API key is included in this app’s frontend.
What we do not save
This app does not write originals or generated images to public file storage, localStorage, a gallery, or a photo history. It uses the storage SDK only for local validation and temporary preview creation. Start Over removes the images from the active page; leaving the page also releases its references. This is not a guarantee of immediate deletion from device memory or service infrastructure.
AI provider retention
The supplied integration does not specify the provider’s retention periods, processing region, logging, or training policy. This app cannot promise zero retention by the platform or AI provider. Ask the app owner for the applicable platform and provider policies before submitting sensitive photos.
Your downloads
Downloading creates a PNG on your device through your browser. Those downloads remain until you delete them. Share them only with people and services you trust.
Only upload photos you own or have permission to edit. Avoid sensitive documents, private images, and photos of children without appropriate permission. AI results may alter appearance despite identity-preserving instructions.
